We combine individuals’ transactional banking data with their social media posts, fitness device data, location and store visits to create the richest possible picture of the customer journey.

We also capture exposure to online and offline advertising through a combination of tagged online creative assets, ACR for offline TV and radio ad exposure, and location triggering for out of home ad exposure.

All of this passively collected behavioural data can be further enriched with our survey tool that asks attitudinal and brand questions of the same people.
