It is important for B2B providers to stay in touch with the sentiments of their stakeholders, to maintain strong, healthy relationships that result in mutually beneficial outcomes. To do this, a large government agency commissioned Faster Horses to undertake stakeholder consultation on an annual basis, to gather the input of the most influential voices in the market.
The project involved one on one face to face consultations with senior contacts at the organisations of importance. At Faster Horses, we focus on ensuring that our most senior, experienced consultants undertake these important conversations. They are not interviews, but commercial interactions that feed into high level outcomes. It is important to match stakeholder acumen with consultant acumen.
This study resulted in extensive input into process, service delivery and cultural change for the government agency.
